Our delivery costs are as follows;

£4.95 2nd Class signed for (2-3 working days)
FREE Delivery for purchases over £50.00
REST OF THE WORLD
£8.50 International Signed For (5-10 working days)
FREE Delivery for purchases over £100.00
We also offer a click and collect service if you are local to the area.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope it doesn't come to this but If you’d like to return or exchange a product, please use the online returns form below.
If you have any problems please email us studiofoxvintage@gmail.com with your order number and contact details including your name, email and contact telephone number and one of us will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please understand that returns have a huge negative impact on us as a small business, so please ensure that the
items are sent back on time and in the same state as they were received. They must be returned new, unused, with their original tags and in the original studio fox packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Unfortunately items that are purchased on sale are non returnable, exchange only.
Items or orders you would like to return should be sent back to us within 14 days of your order being dispatched.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items back to us and please make sure you obtain proof of postage of your return package.
Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or misplaced parcels.
Once received and checked by us, returned items are processed within 10 working days by the original payment method.
